You agree to provide accurate information for shipments, ensure your cargo complies with international trade laws, and refrain from shipping prohibited, illegal, or hazardous materials without proper declaration and authorization.

4. Liability and Claims

Our liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited by international conventions (e.g., Montreal Convention for air freight, Hague-Visby for ocean). We highly recommend purchasing additional cargo insurance for high-value goods.

5. Pricing and Payments

Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Actual charges may vary based on final weight, dimensions, and necessary accessorial services at the time of shipping. Payments are due according to agreed invoicing terms.

6. Platform Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not attempt to breach our security, scrape our tracking data, or use our systems for unauthorized activities.
